🍄 1. READ MY TERMS OF SERVICE🌱 Please read my full terms of service before sending your request form. I hope you read through everything and confirm we do not have conflict of interest!🍄 2. SEND ME A REQUEST🌱 Fill up the request form with complete details. This form will only be available if I have my comms open.🍄 3. WAIT FOR MY CONFIRMATION🌱 Please wait as I review your request and confirm that I am able to commit to it.🍄 4. PAYMENT SETTLEMENT🌱 Once I confirm your request, I will send you the payment details. This will also serve as a record of our transaction.
🌱 Full payment must be settled to proceed after sketch.🍄 5. QUEUING🌱 Once we've settled payment, I'll put you in my queue. Depending on the amount of work I'm currently dealing with, I may or may not be able to immediately work on your slot.🍄 6. SKETCH APPROVAL AND UPDATES🌱 When your slot comes up, updates are to be shown in a trello board which I will provide the link for once we've settled with a sketch. You're free to message me if you have further questions about the update.🍄 7. FINAL APPROVAL AND DELIVERY🌱 I will be messaging you once again, for you to approve the final render. Once we agree on it, I'll send you a GDrive link containing the final illustration in JPEG and PNG format.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

🪴01 GENERAL TERMS🪴🍓I will NOT copy other art styles.
🍓Prices are subject to change based on demand.
🍓I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
🍓Please prepare visual references so I will have a general idea of the output you require.
🍓The price might change depending on the detail, resolution/size and complexity of the work.
🍓My work is digital and digital only. I am not required to ship any physical goods.
🍓All work is for personal or private use only unless agreed upon by both parties.
🍓My works may not be resold or traded.
🍓No one is allowed to mint my artwork as NFT (Non-Fungible Token). My commissioned and pre-existing work, cannot be minted into an NFT by a commissioner nor anyone else. Neither should it be used for AI development.🪴02 PAYMENT🪴🍓This is a DIGITAL ITEM. Shipping address and fees will not be needed as the commission illustration will be delivered via email.
🍓Currency accepted is either USD or Php and can be paid through Paypal or GCash.
🍓Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
🍓DO NOT send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
🍓I won't continue past the sketch phase if the full payment is not yet processed.🪴03 PROCESS AND DELIVERY🪴🍓No rush jobs. Clients should provide at least a reasonable deadline unless the artist and client have negotiated the deadline. Preferably a minimum of 1-2 weeks.
🍓Turn around: I aim to finish commissions within the same month they were accepted. But at times it may take up to 1 month or more to finish depending on your slot number and my life schedule.
🍓I will send a progress shot of the sketch via email before I start painting the piece. Major revisions may be made only during this stage. I will begin painting once the sketch has been approved.
🍓I will send a progress shot before adding the finishing touches to the piece. At this point, I will only allow minor revisions.
🍓Once the piece is finished, I will be sending you a drive link to the files which may expire after a month, so please download it immediately.🪴04 REVISIONS🪴🍓I will only allow free major revisions during sketch phase, maxed at three times. Please be clear and sure of your initial request.
🍓Only minor revisions can be requested after sketch and are maxed at two times only.
🍓Asking to change a part you approved on earlier phases will have a revision fee. The amount of extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
🍓If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.🪴05 COPYRIGHT AND USAGE🪴I, Raven (the artist):
🍓have full rights over my illustration, including the right to post my illustration on other sites and in a portfolio.
🍓reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
🍓retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
🍓will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
🍓will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
🍓reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for my needs such as portfolios as well as in publications such as art books and posting it online.You (the customer/commissioner):
🍓cannot post any work in progress screenshot that I will show you.
🍓may use it for streaming and does not require additional commercial fee or permission from me.
🍓may print or use the commissioned illustration as designs as long as it is solely for personal use. "Personal use" entails the commissioner to use the illustration as their social media icon, print as a poster at home, use the work as PC/phone wallpaper, and the like.
🍓may use it for photocard trades and giveaways as much as you want as long as it’s a physical product and you won’t make profits from it.
🍓may repost or reupload the commissioned illustration to any site as long as I am informed and given proper credit. My watermark should not be removed.
🍓must not use the commissioned illustration for commercial purposes unless I give permission to.
🍓may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make profits from prints, etc.)
🍓retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).The following is considered copyright infringement:
🍓Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
🍓Claiming the artwork as your own
🍓Altering the artwork without my consent
🍓In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased🪴06 CANCELLATION AND REFUND🪴For clients wishing to refund after sketch:
🍓A 0% refund will be given if the coloring phase has been started.
🍓A 50% refund will be given if sketch/lineart has been completed but coloring phase has not yet started.
🍓A 100% refund will be given if:
- The commissioner cancels before I start the sketch phase
- I, the artist, cancel the commission at any phase.
- If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Gcash/Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
